Duration: 1 Day                             Reference:  MAN04

Interest and Need

Effective management of staff is something that is learned. The best form of learning is through experience. However, it is wise to ensure that the new manager has the tools at hand to make this learning experience as pleasurable as possible. This course is designed as an introduction to the most important management skills required for managing and motivating staff whilst meeting their own objectives in an open and relaxed environment. As such this course is intended as part of a longer-term development programme.
